Build/installaction instructions

$ git clone --recursive https://git.computernewb.com/nginx-cn
$ cd nginx-cn
$ ./build
# ./install
# ... (copy the base config from sources/nginx/conf into /opt/nginx/etc/nginx)
# profit?
