Usage: SAPIServer.exe <port>

API Usage

List voices

GET /api/voices

Synthesize text

POST /api/synthesize 
Content-Type: application/json

{"text":"Lorem ipsum doler sit amet...","voice":"Microsoft Sam"}

Returns synthesized TTS audio as a wave-form file.
