i have basically touched every file help
* Moved all the error code stuff to one new sectional page, because the old way of doing it sucked big time.
* Rename passport (soap) to RST
* Formatting changes (many)
* Several corrections
* change git host because git.kevinthe.horse seems Dead
also add new command findings:
* undocumented command GSB
* syntax and other errors fixed
* explode a bit of xml in places that were a bit too long
* find out what a "merchant cab" file is (one line of xml)
update version file, forgot this repo had one
fix mistakes and other such

next commit WILL be msnp13 on 0.1.4 release, promise
fix all XML example responses missing charset
Change "Contact ID" with "Common ID", for now. Really would like to know which one is canonical.
Added 3 reference constants.
Linked things and fixed minor mistakes.
Next is probably Passport SOAP, not sure.
rework XML stuff a bit, right now it's wildly inconsistent, but all the AB stuff should be fine
more ContactUpdate out of known because i didn't even KNOW that was an operation in sharingservice and noticed it looked weird being in known.
Add a SOAP template too.
