An actions window shall be shown in the corner of your screen when you join a room, and should contain all the different actions you can do in this regard. It could minimize in the same way that windows do on Windows when explorer.exe isn't running (it makes the window small and titlebar-only and tucks them together in the bottom of the screen).

As we're using the agent ACS files, we have animations and sounds we can use. Being able to incorporate these into communication would be a cool and interesting feature to have, since animations would be more interesting than just entirely text.
